Aiyu Jelly Premix
  • Usage: Beverage, desserts and toppings.
  • Ingredients: Carrageenan, Potassium Chloride, Konjac Powder, Locust Bean Gum, Sodium Citrate, Glucose, Coloring.
  • Recommended instruction:
  1. Gradual add in 1 sachet of Aiyu Jelly Premix into 2-3 litres of boiling water. Mix well.
  2. Add in sugar or "Everyday" honey/juice/cordial concentrate to enhance as desired. Mix Well.
  3. Pour into mould or tray and let it set. For better taste, chill in refrigerator before serving.
